VANTALY Art is proud to partner with renowned American artist Ken Kelleher to create the landmark public artwork "Boundless Sea of Stars" for the Hangzhou Run'ao Business Center. This world-class installation draws inspiration from the cosmos, embodying the vastness of the Milky Way to symbolize the bright future of urban development.

Strategically positioned as the Dubhe (Alpha Ursae Majoris) and Merak (Beta Ursae Majoris) stars within the core "Big Dipper" constellation of the Olympic Sports Center area, the project occupies a prime location in the heart of Qianjiang Century City. It is adjacent to the Hangzhou International Expo Center to the southeast and connected to the main stadium and natatorium of the Asian Games complex to the northwest. With direct access to Metro Line 6 (Expo Station) and the Bo'ao Tunnel traversing the site, the center boasts exceptional transportation connectivity. Upon completion, it is set to become an iconic landmark project defining the Qianjiang River skyline.
