As the sound of the starting pistol blasts off, runners burst their way towards the finishing line. The athletes are filled with vibrant energy, propelled by a strong will and their unwavering determination to win.

Sportsmanship is also embraced by the highly competitive business world, where young people are expected to compete just as athletes do to fulfill their ambitious dreams.

The sculpture "Ready-Go!", created by Vantaly in collaboration with artist Yuan Jia, was erected in front of the office tower of Kerry Parkside Pudong. The idea was to create a sculpture that would ignite people's passion for greater success in their workplace. 
Through embodying sportsmanship in the form of runners on the verge of dashing, the artwork stands tall as a visual inspiration to encourage young workers to start their day with brimming vigor.

Viewed from the side, the sculpture apears in the form of a stacked pyramid consisted of trianglular structures, symbolising the upward progress of today's young workers through hard work and grit. 
“Ready-Go” is an interpretaton of the modern business world, where sportsmanship plays a key role in buidling success. It creates an uplifting energy in the public space, where young workers will be inspired as they walk past.
